               COMPETENCY : An individual ability in knowledge, Understand and Skills        

IF your dream is to earn high , kindly note that competency is a must,learning must precede earning ,increase in revenue becomes sure when the avenue via which you discharge your duty changes

As you learn more and increase in your capacity productivity will surely increase as well,to do more you have to learn more. to discharge your duty well charge your mind with the right stuff, go for competency, increase in pay becomes a done deal when competency is on ground

    

 Never try to replace learning with prayer because you would end up a giant failure, if you want to enter the ranks of the highest earners in your career , increase your quest and thirst for knowledge.

Every high earner didn't get there by luck, his result's was not a product of accidental discharge of duty but a conscious application of mental prowess in the right   direction

A mans remuneration is proportionate to his level of contribution and competency in any field. without competency climbing high in your job is not for you.

Go for competency, go for learning , improve in your skills to enlarge  your net worth, see you at the top.

I pray for God to give you the zeal to pursue competency in Jesus Name, Amen .

LESSON ON PATIENCE

EXERCISE A LITTLE PATIENCE

 

That you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience  inherited the promises 

To imitate what is good is not limitation but helps to amplify and intensify your rate of success, in the school of success imitating principles that has worked for others is  permitted. If you must succeed in life , patience is needed, it is a must

Nothing great or good comes easily,  waiting time is a time for training , its a time you build your capacity and a time to improve on the task at hand, waiting time is a time for total dependence on God after doing what is required in order to get the desired result, it is a time that prepares you to become a coach , a teacher , a counselor , a back bone and a  reference point to those that are coming behind you.

There is a time to wait for things to unfold its self in your life , to wait is not a waste of time or in vain , before any gain there must be pain, behind every glory there must be a story, behind every success there was a set back

To reach your goal,( target ),you need to exercise patience, if the result is slow in coming please wait, if the job, the appointment, the money , the baby , the marriage is slow please wait ,  is better to be slow and sure than to be fast and fail, if the periwinkle entered the ark  what makes you think that you will not experience joy  in the end .

HABAKKUK 2:3 for the vision is for an appointed time , but at the end it shall speak and not lie: THOUGH IT TARRY, WAIT FOR IT, BECAUSE  IT WILL SURELY COME, it will not tarry

God said you should wait till the end that you shouldn't be weary, continue to do the right thing and don't be weary   mark 13:13 ... But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved .no great thing happens at once, it requires a process to get a perfect and quality product , Every great manifestation must be preceeded by a gestation period, pregnancy precedes the baby

Gal 6:9  let us not be weary in well doing:for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

I see God perfecting all that concerns you this week , before the week ends, that long awaited desire will manifest by fire . if you have not made peace with God accept him as the saviour of your life because hell and heaven are real, God loves you.

 THE BENEFITS OF CHALLANGES

Never allow challenges make you give up on your  self or think that God has given up on you, that God is silent   doe's not mean his absent .

 challenges are part and spice of life , challenges comes to challenge your mind to a greater life and to test your capacity , if you fail in the days of challenges it is because you are yet to discover the benefits it has to offer.

Challenges helps you to realize what you are capable of doing that you have not discovered , it comes to stretch you beyond what you think is your limit, except you challenge the way you think, the way see your self , your believe system, ideologies, values ,perspectives you will continue to underrate your true capacity and overestimate your weaknesses.

One benefit challenges brings is that it helps you to developed bravery,  to discover your true potential , to build capacity,to build self confidence, your hidden power, and to discover the areas of  your life that you suppose to be profiting with that you  have  consciously placed  limits on, challenges comes to take you away from your comfort zone

 Challanges are destiny builders and boosters if used properly or positively.

Each challenge we conquer launches us above our limits, it pushes us forward and helps us to discover the realities about our selfs,it makes us to know that God is our strength, source,  and the only one we can trust absolutely at all times

Challenges are stepping stones to greater heights, challenges are the womb that gives birth to breakthrough's and testimony's ,i see you rising above what life throws at you ,I see you becoming what God has destined you to be, I see promotion and not demotion . don't lose hope , a better day has come in Jesus name , Amen.
